Terms and conditions

1. Deposits & Payments

 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. This deposit goes toward the total price.

Orders are confirmed only after the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future order at Sensory Explorers discretion. Full payment is required on the day of your booking.  

2. Supplies Are for Hire Only

All Sensory Explorers supplies are rental items only and must be returned in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items and may be charged additional fees for replacement or repairs. Supplies must be returned on the agreed-upon date to avoid late fees.

3. Usage & Care

Supplies should be used under adult supervision at all times. Items must be handled with care and not altered or modified in any way.

Customers must follow all provided cleaning and care instructions.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability, but additional fees may apply.

5. Liability

Sensory Explorers is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the supplies.

Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring a safe play environment. By placing a booking with Sensory Explorers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
